About the Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR)
Created in 1945 under the Missouri Constitution, the Missouri Department of Revenue is the state's central agency for collecting and distributing revenue. It also administers driver licensing and motor vehicle sales and registration, and its Motor Vehicle Driver License (MVDL) division issues, suspends, and revokes driver's licenses and vehicle titles.
The Challenge: A Training System That Could Not Host Video
Missouri DOR's existing public safety training and compliance software distributed online courses and connected troop locations to the academy, but it had a critical gap: it could not store or host video, which the MVDL division needed.
