The Challenge: Modernizing Sensitive Defense Training
John Cockerill Defense wanted to modernize how it trains. It ran several programs, virtual maintenance training for technicians, simulation training for commanders and gunners, and tactical training videos, and needed one platform to host all of it as video-on-demand while keeping trainees engaged. Organizing that volume of video was essential.
The company also wanted training to be more interactive, with a way to track each trainee's progress and see how they engaged with the content. It often ran live sessions, such as product demonstrations and skills-based training, that then needed to be archived as VOD. And because the material is sensitive defense content, it had to be segregated by department and kept on the company's own servers.
