The Challenge: Educating a Global Bartender Community and a Sales Team

Campari runs Campari Academy to educate bartenders, mixologists, and enthusiasts worldwide on craft, social missions, and industry trends. But it struggled to execute the digital side. It needed to serve two very different audiences, 3,000 external bartenders and an internal sales team, with a platform that could organize video into structured courses and support its existing SCORM content.

Campari wanted to host live events, digital courses, and interactive community videos, with strong search to find specific content. Its training lacked real-time engagement through comments or chat. It also needed multilingual support for a global audience, analytics on engagement and learning, and LMS integration. And it had to verify users' legal drinking age, redirecting anyone under 21 to an appropriate site.

The Solution: Two Branded Portals, One Interactive and Age-Gated

Campari chose VIDIZMO EnterpriseTube as an all-in-one solution and set up two separate portals, one for bartenders and one for sales staff, so it could serve each audience well.

On the external bartender portal, EnterpriseTube added live streaming with real-time chat and commenting, so Campari could host interactive digital courses, live training, academy spotlights, and community conversations where bartenders ask questions and learn together. To stay compliant, Campari used a custom form as an age-gate: anyone under the legal drinking age was redirected to the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility, while legal users got access. For the internal sales portal, single sign-on connected to Campari's existing Active Directory, and Facebook, keeping access secure and easy. Custom branding, including logos, fonts, colors, and CSS, gave both portals a consistent look, and engagement analytics showed who watched what and for how long, even which drink video was most popular, which let Campari build automated, tailored user journeys.
