The Challenge: Turning Interview Footage Into Transferable Knowledge
Interview recordings hold insight that raw data cannot: the human context behind hiring, performance, and decisions. With a growing workforce of more than 500, Oman LNG wanted to put its large collection of interview footage to work for knowledge transfer. It needed to ingest, distribute, and analyze those recordings, drawing insights from new-hire interviews, preserving the experience of departing employees through exit interviews, and using the footage to train future successors.
To do that, Oman LNG needed a secure video-on-demand platform with strong language support for its diverse, global workforce, the ability to organize content by what it covered and who should see it, and a way to ingest Microsoft Teams recordings and share them with translation into Arabic and other languages.
